The new terms will take effect as of the date on which they are changed. Gallery Bebe Ltd. and its subsidiaries are referred to as "we," "us," and "our" in these terms. Uses of Advertised Product

To best display the product, we use promotional photographs on our online website, some of which might not reflect typical applications. To make sure you use things appropriately and safely for your child's age, always read the product label and instructions.


The following payment options are accepted by Gallery Bebe, through our customer care team, and on the online store's website:

There is no interest to pay and payment of the whole amount is required. Only online or over the phone with our customer care team are valid payment methods available.

For any items on sale or clearance, full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

Visit our online store or give our Customer Service team a call if you want to add something to your order. Any additions, however, could cause the entire order to be delayed; therefore, please confirm before changing your order by speaking with a Customer Care expert.

Any deposit paid to secure an order shall be paid to Gallery Bebe Limited and Gallery Bebe shall retain any such payment made until your order has been collected.

If Gallery Bebe is unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and Gallery Bebe shall issue you with a gift card or voucher, within 14 days of its notification.

Distribution/Collection Points/Home Delivery.

For your convenience we offer a variety of delivery and collection options. Please note that all delivery services are subject to availability and stock availability. All delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. All delivery dates represent the total number of days we estimate to deliver your order. Gallery Bebe will not be held responsible or provide any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delay delivered.

We’ll send you an email or text to let you know when your order is ready for pickup, and all you need to do is take your order confirmation email and the payment card you used, or a photo ID (which must be your passport or driving licence) to pickup your order within 10 days.

If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf they must have the order confirmation email and your ID.

Click & Pickup is available on selected products only, is subject to stock availability and is not available for orders of personalised items. Daily offers are also excluded from the Click & Pickup service.

Delivery To Your Local Convenience Collection Point.

You can now collect your order from one of our collection/distribution points, at a time that’s convenient to you. Simply select Collection point at checkout and enter your address to find the nearest collection point.

  • We will deliver your order to your chosen collection point within 3 to 7 days from the date of order confirmation (subject to unavoidable delays beyond our reasonable control.)

You’ll receive a text message and/or email to let you know when your order is on its way with a link to track the status. When your order has arrived at your chosen collection point we’ll send you another text message and/or email which will include information on what you need to collect your order.

When you collect your order, you must present the collection text message/email as instructed and bring along a valid proof of ID. (To pickup+ this could either be a passport, or NIN slip).

If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf they must have the order collection information and your ID.

You have up to 10 days to collect your order from the date it was delivered to the collection point and if not collected your order is returned back to us. We do not accept returns to a Collection point.

All product descriptions on our website, with the exception of any errors or omissions, are believed to be true as of the time of publishing. The colours used in our collections are chosen with great attention by the design team at Gallery Bebe. Nevertheless, due to the limits of photography, reproduction, and printing processes, colour representations are only approximate. So, there can be a discrepancy between the product as it is and the images of it on our website. All weights and dimensions are rounded.
We retain the right to alter them or stop selling specific products if we feel it is necessary.

Returning Your Goods

You can conveniently return any item(s) if it only has a manufacturing flaw. Please be aware that a credit voucher for the amount of the purchased items will be given to you.

We recommend that item(s) valued over ------- are returned using a trackable delivery service and for item(s) valued over ---- or more, we recommend that you insure your return for the value of the product and use a signature required delivery service. Please note that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the returned item(s) arrives at Gallery Bebe Returns Department in a resalable condition, despite having used a tracked delivery service.

As soon as we receive your item(s) we will process your credit voucher in line with our credit voucher policy set out above. Please be aware that any postage charges incurred by returning your item(s) to us will not be refunded.

Your Manufacturing Guarantee

A wide variety of products from Gallery Bebe have all been thoroughly examined to guarantee the highest standards and levels of quality. For two (2) years after the date of purchase, Gallery Bebe assures that all of its own-brand items will be free of manufacturing flaws when used and maintained in accordance with the instruction manuals, subject to the terms and exclusions listed below.

The standard simply takes warranty duration into account; it makes no mention of product or refurbishing quality. For the following time periods starting from the date of purchase, Gallery Bebe guarantees that all of its refurbished own-brand products will be free of manufacturing flaws when used and maintained in accordance with the instruction manuals.

We always work to give our customers with ecologically friendly solutions, thus in the event that your product is covered by our guarantee against manufacturing defect and is discovered to have a manufacturing problem by us, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following free of charge:

  1. A self-fit replacement component. Where necessary, instructions will be supplied
  2. A fix completed at our Service Center by one of our skilled specialists.

Alternatively, Gallery Bebe may supply a replacement refurbished item if your product is considered damaged or is not economically feasible to repair.
There are the following restrictions and limitations on this promise.

  • All purchases must be made through our Customer Support team on the Gallery Bebe website.
  • The warranty only applies to the original buyer and cannot be transferred along with product ownership, i.e., purchases of used goods.
  • When a specific model, colour, or accessory is no longer available, we may have no choice but to substitute a similar product, or colour.
  • When the original design is not compatible with third-party accessories or faulty assembly, non-recommended parts are used.
  • General wear and tear
  • Accidental damage, including airline damage.
  • Damage brought on by improper use, abuse, or neglect, as well as by non-compliance with our instructions or use outside of the home.
  • Improper storage of the product.
  • The product's weight, functioning, color, or style, among other aspects, that the customer finds objectionable.
  • If a product is customized or altered.
  • Products which are repaired by an unauthorised repair agent.

Any product repair or replacement part will not lengthen the initial guarantee period. Gallery Bebe reserves the right to examine a product's condition and determine whether it is covered by the guarantee in cases where a store/gift receipt or email order confirmation cannot be given.
Contact our Customer Care staff or go to our online website if you need to make a claim under the provisions of this guarantee, which is extremely uncommon.
Nothing in this guarantee will limit your legal options if the item is faulty or not what was expected.

  • The purchase of an e-gift card will be subject to credit/debit card clearance which can take a couple of hours. Once an authorisation is cleared the e-mail will be sent to the designated recipient. E-gift cards purchased Monday - Friday before 5 pm will be e-mailed free of charge to your designated email address within 2 hours of credit/debit card authorisation. E-Gift cards ordered after 5 pm Monday-Thursday will arrive the following day. E-Gift cards ordered after 5 pm on a Friday or during the weekend will not be delivered until Monday.

How does this work?

Every image you post on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram with the hashtag #Gallerybebe may be redisplayed by Gallery Bebe Limited ("Gallery Bebe"). Before Gallery Bebe shares your post, all images are reviewed by moderators for approval. If we love your post, we will then display it on the Gallery Bebe website and/or Gallery Bebe Social Media to help other visitors see how you or your children are wearing and using our latest products. Visitors will be able to shop the look by clicking on your post.

Before posting an image, here are some things Gallery Bebe needs you to know:

By including the hashtag #gallerybebe in a post, you attest that you are the owner of the image's copyright and grant Gallery Bebe, its parent company, and/or related entities the perpetual right to use your name, likeness, and/or any other hashtags associated with Gallery Bebe for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes on the Gallery Bebe website and/or Gallery Bebe Social Media on a royalty-free, non-exclusive basis. You declare and agree that:

  • The content of any photograph you publish is solely your responsibility;
  • If used, all photos uploaded with a hashtag associated with Gallery Bebe will be viewable by anybody with access to our website and Social Media platforms;
  • Gallery Bebe shall be free to select the photographs it desires to use at its own discretion and shall not be obligated to use any image posted that makes use of a hashtag associated with Gallery Bebe;
  • Gallery Bebe strictly prohibits the uploading of any pictures that reveal private or sensitive information about you or anybody else who appears in the post. Mobile phone numbers, home phone numbers, and other personal information are just a few examples. Please don't post if you believe it contains sensitive or private information.
  • Gallery Bebe will not approve posts that it considers to be advertisements for commercial products or services, nor will Gallery Bebe approve posts that are submitted on behalf of someone who is using the post to support a company with whom they have a business relationship.

Please don't publish any photographs for which you don't have the necessary approval. For instance, if you are not the parent of the child or children, please wait to share any images of them until you have their parents' or guardians' permission.

Do not share any pictures that:

  • Assault or intimidate another individual;
  • Encroach upon other people's privacy
  • Contain material that could be offensive or discriminatory based on a person's protected feature, such as their sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, ethnicity, religion, age, or disability;
  • Publish information that is deliberately false, offensive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or contain links to information that is any of those things.

What happens if I don't want Gallery Bebe to use my post?

We promise to take down your image from the Gallery Bebe website or the appropriate Social Media account within two (3) working days of receiving your email if you don't want Gallery Bebe to use it or you change your mind after we've posted it. Email us at if this is the case.

I used the hashtag #GalleryBebe when I posted on social media, but I'm unable to view it on the Gallery Bebe website or social media pages.

Sadly, we are cannot to use every photograph uploaded on social media, as well as any pictures or videos that may be deemed offensive or improper. Also, if the photograph is of a product that isn't listed in our collection, we might not upload it because we won't be able to compare it to a product that is listed on the Gallery Bebe website.

Will an image be deleted from the Gallery Bebe website or my Social Media page if I delete it from my account on those platforms or set my privacy settings to "private"?

Gallery Bebe is unable to track changes to your social media preferences. As a result, any modifications to the post itself or your account privacy settings will not cause the image to disappear from our page. However, you can request the removal of an image by using the corresponding "report it" button or by sending an email to We will make sure the removal of the image occurs within two (3) working days of receiving your email.

Can I complain about or report a post?

Please use the appropriate "report it" button or send an email to if you see something that you believe is inconsistent with Gallery Bebe standards. All reports are kept absolutely private.

Please email if you have any complaints about a post, such as that it violates these terms and conditions. We will consider your feedback if you are not the post's owner, but if it complies with these terms and conditions, Gallery Bebe shall have the final say on whether the post is taken down.

Why was my comment deleted from the Gallery Bebe website or social media page?

In our sole discretion, Gallery Bebe reserves the right to remove any post for any reason. If you persistently violate these terms and conditions, Gallery Bebe also reserves the right to delete any and all posts you have made.

In the event that your post is the subject of a complaint, Gallery Bebe, in its sole discretion, may choose to delete it from its website and/or social media platforms without having to provide you prior notice or taking any other action. Additionally, Gallery Bebe maintains the right to reject publishing any upcoming posts from you that utilize the Gallery Bebe hashtag if a complaint has been made regarding your post.

We ask that, while posting pictures, please be considerate to others and act toward people in the same way that you want to be treated.
